摘　　要：布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏杆菌引起的一种人畜共患传染病,其临床表现复杂且不典型,应结合患者临床表现,反复追问病史及牲畜接触史,尽早行血培养、骨髓培养等检查,避免误诊,早期确诊须及时正规治疗。Brucellosis is a kind of serious infectious disease caused by a special coli called brucella from animal to human. Its clinical manifestation is complex and not typical, the clinical doctor should combine with clinical manifestations of patients, repeatedly cross-examine contact history from livestock, blood and bone marrow examination for Bacterial culture as soon as possible, and avoid misdiagnosis;early diagnosis should be timely treatment.
