摘　　要：目的:探讨个案管理联合导航护士模式在胆石病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1~12月在上海市东方医院胆石中心就诊并进行手术的患者200例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上应用个案管理联合导航护士模式,比较2组患者在干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分,护理满意度及随访依从性。结果:就诊前两组患者焦虑、抑郁情况比较无统计学意义(P 】0.05);干预后两组患者评分比较均有统计学意义(P 【0.01);干预后实验组在就诊结束时、出院前、复诊时满意度评分均有统计学意义(P 【0.01);实验组复诊率为97%,高于对照组90%,差异均有统计学意义(P 【0.01)。结论:个案管理联合导航护士模式的应用能提升患者满意度,提升随访依从性,推动专科发展,值得推广。Objective: To explore the application effect of case management combined with navigation nurse model in patients with gallstone disease. Methods: A total of 200 patients who had undergone surgery at the Gallstone Center of Shanghai East Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 100 cases each. The control group adopts the routine nursing model, and the experimental group adopts the case management united navigation nurse model on the basis of the control group. Compare the anxiety, nursing satisfaction, and follow-up compliance of the two groups of patients before, at the end of the visit, at the time of discharge, and at the return visit. Results: The comparison of anxiety and depression between the two groups of patients before the treatment was not statistically significant (P >0.05);after the intervention, the scores of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01);after the intervention, the experimental group was at the end of the treatment and before discharge. Satisfaction scores during return visits were all statistically significant (P <0.01);the return visit rate in the experimental group was 97%, which was higher than 90% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions: The application of case management combined with the navigation nurse model can improve patient satisfaction, improve follow-up compliance, and promote the development of specialties. It is worthy of promotion.
