青霜露暴露治疗II度烧烫伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察青霜露暴露治疗烧烫伤的临床效果。方法:门诊II度烧烫伤患者100例,其中浅II度67例,深II度33例。以暴露疗法在烧烫伤创面青霜露局部用药,每日1~3次,直至愈合。结果:67例浅II度烧烫伤创面经青霜露治疗全部愈合,愈合时间最短6天,最长30天;33例深II度烧烫伤创面经青霜露治疗30天痊愈31例,显效2例,愈合时间最短14天。所有创面愈合良好,局部疼痛消失和无明显增生性瘢痕。结论:青霜露治疗烧烫伤促进创面愈合,疗效确切;本方法简单方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qingshuanglu with exposure therapy burn. Methods: There were 100 outpatient burn patients, including 67 shallow II degree and 33 deep II degree. With exposure therapy in the burn wound Qingshuanglu topical medication, 1~3 times a day, until healing. Results: The shallow II degree 67 of cases burn wounds were healed by Qingshuanglu treatment, and the minimum and maximum healing time were 6 days and 30 days, respectively;the deep II degree 31 cases in 33 were healed after Qingshuanglu treatment at 30 days, 2 were significantly effective, and the minimum healing time was 14 days. All wounds healed well with loss of local pain and absence of significant hypertrophic scarring. Conclusion: Treatment with Qingshuanglu dew promotes wound healing with definite effect;this method is simple and convenient and worthy of clinical application.
