摘 要:系统研究森林土壤活性有机碳氮库对全球气候变化以及碳氮循环有重大的指导意义。选取庐山8种典型性森林类型下土壤为研究对象,通过野外调查和分析测试,比较不同森林类型下土壤理化特性以及活性有机碳、氮的含量,揭示不同森林土壤活性有机碳氮库的差异与规律,以期为进一步了解该地区碳氮循环过程机制提供数据支撑。Systematic study of forest soil active organic carbon and nitrogen pool has great guiding significance for global climate change and carbon and nitrogen cycle. The soil under 8 typical forest types in Lushan Mountain was selected as the research object. Through field investigation and analysis and testing, the physical and chemical characteristics of soil under different forest types and the contents of active organic carbon and nitrogen were compared, and the differences and laws of active organic carbon and nitrogen pools in different forest soils were revealed. This study can provide data support for further understanding the process mechanism of carbon and nitrogen cycle in this region.
