摘　　要：通过试验研究和数据分析表明,结晶机自动喷水能使槽内温度梯度分布更合理,槽内结晶状态更稳定。结晶机自动喷水系统能改善粗锡产品质量,提高产品质量和产量的稳定性。本实验通过对喷水点与喷水量控制统计,为电热结晶机自动化喷淋结晶控制提供了理论依据。Automatic water spraying system was used for tin refining crystallization. The results show that automatic water spraying can make the temperature gradient distribution in the crystallizer more reasonable and the crystallization state more stable. Crystallizer automatic water spraying system can improve the quality of crude tin products, and improve product quality and yield stability. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for automatic spraying crystallization control of electrothermal crystallizer through controlling statistics of spraying point and spraying quantity.
