摘  要:油田伴生气或者天然气中CO2是导致集输管道和相关设备腐蚀失效的重要因素,相关研究表明,管道的CO2腐蚀现象比较复杂,受到多种因素的共同作用和影响,但主要以操作压力、CO2分压、温度和流型的影响为主。OLGA软件的腐蚀模块可以对多相流管道的CO2腐蚀进行计算。本文对影响管道CO2腐蚀的主要参数进行总结分析,并以普光气田的地面集输管道为原型,使用OLGA软件分析和研究了操作压力、CO2分压、温度和流型的变化对管道内腐蚀速率的影响规律,为管道CO2腐蚀的预测和防护提供参考。Corrosion of metallic materials caused by environmental effects could lead to destruction or deterioration. In the oil and gas industry, there is always CO2 in the fields which makes the gathering and transportation pipelines and associated equipment failure and, or even dangerous accidents and causing huge economic losses and serious environmental pollution. Therefore, study on the CO2 corrosion of multiphase flow pipeline is very necessary. Previous studies have shown that CO2 corrosion is very complex and influenced by many factors. The corrosion module of OLGA can calculate and predict the corrosion rate. In this paper, various parameters were analyzed, and a computer model has been built based on the gathering pipeline of Puguang gas field to study the influence of temperature, pipeline diameter, operation pressure, CO2 partial pressure and pipe inclination on the corrosion rate.
