摘　　要：GDH1000包装机是玉溪卷烟厂2005年从意大利GD公司引进的目前国际最先进的包装设备,实际生产速度达到了800包/分钟。采用目前最先进的研究成果,实现了高自动化、高智能,所有的包装材料均自动供给。然而设备在使用过程中也暴露出不足,尤其是盒片叠开卷故障频次较高,而且开卷故障发生后要人工添加盒片,不但使设备自动化程度降低,增加了操作人员的劳动强度,而且人工加料不利于现场管理,也存在较大的质量隐患。通过加装开卷刀导向块、加装刀架控制气缸排气节流阀,有效解决了“切刀未介入绑带和盒片之间”的问题,降低了H1000盒片叠开卷故障。GDH1000 packaging machine is the most advanced packaging equipment in the world introduced by Yuxi Cigarette Factory from GD Company in Italy in 2005. The actual production speed has reached 800 packs/min. Using the most advanced research results, the high automation, high in-telligence, all the packaging materials are automatically supplied. However, the equipment is also exposed to deficiencies in the use process, especially the high frequency of box folding uncoiling failure, and after the uncoiling failure to manually add the box, not only reduces the degree of au-tomation of the equipment, increases the labor intensity of the operator, and artificial feeding is not conducive to site management, there is also a large quality hidden trouble. By installing the guide block of the coiling tool and the exhaust throttle valve of the control cylinder of the tool holder, the problem of “the cutter does not intervene between the binding and the box pieces” is effectively solved, and the failure of the H1000 box pieces folding and unwinding is reduced.
