摘  要:本文设计并实现一套基于可编程控制器PLC的低温阀控制系统。给出了系统总体技术方案,该系统主要包括传感器数据采集模块、阀门电机控制模块、可编程控制器PLC控制程序以及基于Beijer触摸屏的人机交互界面HMI开发。整个系统在低温阀试验台架上进行了试验验证,试验结果表明,该系统设计合理、各项功能稳定,满足当前需求,实现了低温阀打开关闭的远程控制,为基于低温阀的阀门遥控系统奠定基础。This paper designs and realizes one low temperature valve control system based on programmable logic controller PLC. The overall architecture and technical solution of the remote monitoring system are given out. This system mainly includes the sensor data acquisition module, valve motor control model, the programmable logic controller PLC control program and the human machine interface HMI. The experimental verification of the whole system is done on low temperature valve testbed. The results indicate that the system design is correct, every functional model is stable, the current user demand is satisfied, and the remote control of open and close for low temperature valve is realized, which lays the foundation of the complicated low temperature valve remote control system.
