摘　　要：政府资金购置的大型仪器设备作为科研活动的重要支撑,其使用效率和共享机时对于提升国家创新体系整体效能具有重要意义。本文通过对政府资金购置大型仪器设备使用效率和共享机时的现状和问题进行梳理,分析了当前大型仪器设备在使用和共享方面的影响因素,并从采购、政策、维护等角度提出了相应的优化策略,旨在探讨如何提高政府资金购置大型仪器设备的使用效率,促进仪器设备的共享,进而提升科研水平和创新能力,为推动我国科技创新和经济社会发展贡献力量。As an important support for scientific research activities, the use efficiency and shared usage time of large-scale instruments and equipment purchased by government funds are of great significance for improving the overall efficiency of the national innovation system. This paper sorts out the current situation and problems of the use efficiency and shared usage time of large-scale instruments and equipment purchased by government funds, analyzes the influencing factors of the use and share of large-scale instruments and equipment, and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from the perspectives of procurement, policy and maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to improve the use efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment purchased by government funds, promote the sharing of instruments and equipment, and improve the level of scientific research and innovation ability, so as to contribute to promoting China’s scientific and technological innovation and economic and social development.
