摘　　要：本文分析了空射运载火箭发射可靠性试验剖面的生成方法,生成了空射运载火箭发射任务剖面和环境剖面,分析了外挂式空射运载火箭在不同任务剖面下温度应力、振动应力、电应力和湿度应力等试验环境参数的确定方法,最后本文以某电子产品为例,结合实测数据对实验剖面进行了修正,设计了可靠性综合环境试验剖面。In this paper, the generation method of the reliability test profile of air-launched rocket is analyzed. The mission profile and environmental profile are generated. By analyzing the temperature stress, vibration stress, electric stress and humidity stress under different task profiles, the profiles were corrected and the reliability comprehensive environmental test profile was designed.
