摘 要:针对当前抗荷服压力制度单一等问题,研制了一种自适应梯度加压裤。该加压裤在超重过载环境超过设定阈值时自动加压,充气压力与加速度呈正相关,且腰、大腿、小腿部位气囊压力呈梯度变化。基于载人离心机模拟的峰值为5 G的类Apollo返回再入过载环境,5名志愿者分别进行了着加压裤不加压、着加压裤加压2种工况下的试验,试验中监测志愿者心率、血氧饱和度、血压等生理信息并问询主观感受。5名志愿者均耐受本文的过载环境,试验中志愿者心率升高、血氧饱和度降低,试验前后血压无明显变化。研究表明该加压裤具有自适应加压、梯度加压功能,志愿者主观感受及生理响应表明加压裤具有防护效果。To improve the performance of the anti-G suit, a kind of adaptive gradient anti-G suit was developed. The anti-G suit is automatically pressurized when the overload exceeds the default threshold, and the inflation pressure is positively correlated with the acceleration, and the pressure of the waist, thigh and lower leg air bags changes in a gradient. Based on the Apollo re-entry overload environment with a peak value of 5 G simulated by manned centrifuge, 5 volunteers were tested under two conditions of wearing anti-G suit without pressurization and pressurized, respectively. In the test, physiological information such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and blood pressure of volunteers were monitored and subjective feelings were recorded. All the 5 volunteers tolerated the overload environment in this study. During the experiment, the heart rate of the volunteers increased, the blood oxygen saturation decreased, and the blood pressure did not change significantly before and after the experiment. The research shows that the anti-G suit can realize the functions of adaptive pressurization and gradient pressurization. The subjective feeling and physiological effect of volunteers show that the anti-G suit has protective effect.
