党建网站评价研究——以“全国党建网站联盟”省级成员为例

摘　　要：党建网站是互联网背景下党建工作的重要阵地。党建网站的定量评价是党建工作评价的重要组成。文章以统计学和网络计量学相关理论为基础,建立了涵盖网站利用度、传播度、丰富度、建设扩张速度等四个一级指标以及12个二级指标的党建网站评价体系,利用灰色关联度分析法对省级党建网站开展计量研究。提出重点应从标准化、趋势、内容和宣传等四个方面着手,提高党建网站的建设质量和水平,为网络党建决策提供支撑。Party building website is an important area of Party building work underthe background of Internet. The evaluation of the party building website is animportant part of the evaluation of the party building work. Based on therelevant theory of network metrology and statistics , this paper establishesthe evaluation system of Party building website, which covers four first-levelindicators such as website utilization, dissemination, richness, constructionand expansion speed, and 12 second-level indicators. It conducts quantitativeresearch on provincial Party building website by using grey relational degree analysismethod. It is proposed that we should focus on four aspects: standardization,trend, content and publicity, so as to improve the construction quality andlevel of Party website construction and provide support for network partyconstruction decision-making.
