国外研究型图书馆科研和学习方面采用新兴技术的研究及启示

摘　　要：为了研究新兴技术在研究型图书馆在科研和学习方面的应用及未来的影响,通过网络调研近十年来国外关于新兴技术在图书馆的应用案例、报告及系列文章,并参考美国研究图书馆协会(ARL)发布的《研究型图书馆在科研和学习方面采用新兴技术的现况》,对国外研究型图书馆采用新型技术的实践及展望从研究型图书馆的价值和专业知识如何影响并塑造参与方式、对图书馆和图书馆员角色的概念重建以及一系列新兴技术对图书馆如何完成其使命的影响等方面进行了研究总结,以期对我国的图书馆新技术应用提供借鉴和参考。In order to study the application and future influence of emerging technology in research library, this paper investigates the cases and series of articles about the application of emerging technology in library abroad in recent ten years, and referring to the American Association of Research Libraries (ARL) issued “The Current Situation of the Adoption of Emerging Technologies in Research Libraries in Scientific Research and Learning”. Practices of foreign research libraries adopt new technology and prospects from the value of the research li-braries and expertise in how to influence and shape the way, the concept of library and the librari-ans’ role reconstruction, as well as a series of emerging technology’s influence on the library how to accomplish its mission, etc., were studied, in order to provide reference and reference library of the new technology application in China.
