大数据视域下高校教师党员档案信息化建设路径探析

摘　　要：高校教师党员档案管理的复杂性迫切需要进行信息化管理以提高效率。本文在阐述高校党员管理和大数据应用的基础上,深入讨论了大数据与党员档案信息化管理的结合方式,并提出了关键的建设要点,如数据平台的统一、数据分析工具的引入、个性化服务和人员培训等。最后,基于未来技术趋势,为党员档案信息化建设提供了建议。The complexity of CPC members’ archives management in colleges urgently needs information management to improve efficiency. On the basis of expounding the management of Party members in colleges and universities and the application of big data, this paper deeply discusses the combination of big data and information management of Party members’ archives, and puts forward key construction points, such as the unification of data platform, the introduction of data analysis tools, personalized service and personnel training. Finally, based on the future technology trend, this paper provides some suggestions for the informatization construction of Party members’ archives.
