摘　　要：跟腱断裂是一种常见的机体损伤,近年来我国的发病率逐渐增加。跟腱断裂的治疗可分为保守治疗和手术治疗,目前国内外尚无公认的最佳治疗方案,本文就跟腱断裂的病因和治疗作一综述,从而为临床上更好地治疗跟腱断裂提供参考。Achilles tendon rupture is a kind of common organism injury, and the incidence of Achilles tendon rupture is increasing gradually in China in recent years. The treatment of Achilles tendon rupture can be divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment. At present, there is no recognized best treatment plan at home and abroad, this article reviews the etiology and treatment of Achilles tendon rupture, so as to provide reference for better clinical treatment of Achilles tendon rupture.
