摘 要:各种疾病在发病机制中有相应的细胞因子参与机体的关键,BAFF作为一种促炎因子,IL-10作为抑炎因子在疾病的发病过程中起着关键的作用。对于慢性炎症疾病中,IL-10炎症因子的变化会引起BAFF因子的相对升高及降低,L-10及相关细胞因子通过对炎症反应的调节,对于BAFF会产生促进或者抑制作用,BAFF、IL-10在低氧环境及免疫相关疾病中也同样发挥着关键作用,全面了解IL-10、BAFF在低氧环境及免疫相关疾病中的表达,为临床治疗提供新思路。Various diseases have corresponding cytokines involved in the pathogenesis, BAFF as a pro-inflammatory factor and IL-10 as an anti-inflammatory factor play a key role in the pathogenesis of the disease. For chronic inflammatory diseases, the changes of IL-10 inflammatory factors will cause the relative increase and decrease of BAFF factors. L-10 and related cytokines can promote or inhibit BAFF by regulating inflammatory response. BAFF and IL-10 also play a key role in hypoxic environment and immune-related diseases. We should fully understand the expression of IL-10 and BAFF in hypoxic environment and immune-related diseases to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
