带状疱疹后神经痛的危险因素及针灸作用机理研究进展

摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)是带状疱疹皮损消退后仍存在的顽固、剧烈的持续性神经痛,常发于老年人。针灸治疗PHN疗效较好,但作用机制仍不明确。本文对近年来关于针灸治疗PHN的文章进行整理总结,为临床提供更有效的治疗思路。该文通过梳理近年来年针灸治疗PHN的相关文献发现,患者年龄、基础疾病、急性期疼痛程度、皮损严重程度、吸烟史、心理因素等均为PHN发病的危险因素。Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a persistent and severe neuralgia that persists after the skin lesions of herpes zoster have subsided, and it is common in the elderly. Acupuncture has shown good therapeutic effects in treating PHN, but the mechanism of action remains unclear. This article organizes and summarizes the articles on acupuncture treatment of PHN in recent years to provide more effective treatment ideas for clinical practice. By reviewing the literature on acupuncture treatment of PHN in recent years, it has been found that patient age, underlying diseases, pain intensity during the acute phase, severity of skin lesions, smoking history, and psychological factors are all risk factors for the development of PHN.
