摘　　要：老年尿毒症患者常伴有皮肤瘙痒症,不仅显著降低了患者的生活质量,还对其心理健康造成负面影响。中医理论认为,老年尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症主要与体内湿热、血虚和肾虚等因素有关。其治疗核心在于辨证施治,通过综合运用中药、针灸等方法来缓解瘙痒症状,从而改善患者生活质量。本文将综述中医治疗老年尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症的最新研究进展,重点介绍中医治疗的理论依据、临床应用及其效果评估。旨在为临床治疗这一复杂病症提供参考,进一步推动中医在老年尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症管理中的应用与发展。Elderly uremia patients are often accompanied by pruritus, which not only significantly reduces the quality of life of patients, but also has a negative impact on their mental health. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the skin pruritus of senile uremia is mainly related to factors such as damp heat, blood deficiency and kidney deficiency. The core of its treatment lies in the treatment of syndrome differentiation, through the comprehensive use of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and other methods to relieve itching symptoms, so as to improve the quality of life of patients. This article will review the latest research progress of TCM treatment of elderly uremia skin pruritus, focusing on the theoretical basis of TCM treatment, clinical application and effect evaluation. The purpose is to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this complex disease, and further promote the application and development of TCM in the management of senile uremia skin pruritus.
