摘 要:升阳益胃汤是国家中医药管理局首批公布的百首经典名方之一,最早来源于金代医家李东垣的《内外伤辨惑论》中,是由黄芪、人参、甘草、白术、茯苓、半夏、陈皮、独活、防风、羌活、柴胡、白芍、泽泻及黄连14味药物组成,功效益气升阳、清热除湿,主治脾胃虚弱,湿热滞留证。The Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is one of the first hundred classical prescriptions announced by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Originating from the “Treatise on Differentiation of Internal and External Injuries” by the Jin Dynasty physician Li Dongyuan, it is composed of 14 herbs: Astragalus membranaceus, Ginseng, Glycyrrhizae radix, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Pinellia ternata, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Angelica pubescens, Saposhnikovia divaricata, Notopterygium incisum, Bupleurum chinense, Paeonia lactiflora, Alisma orientalis, and Coptis chinensis. Its primary effects are to nourish Qi, promote Yang, clear heat, and remove dampness, primarily treating syndromes of spleen and stomach weakness with damp-heat retention.
