加减黄连阿胶汤配合穴位敷贴治疗胎漏胎动不安(阴虚血热型)临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过服用加减黄连阿胶汤配合穴位贴敷,记录患者治疗前后疗效标准分数以及中医证候评分变化,探究口服加减黄连阿胶汤配合穴位贴敷治疗胎漏胎动不安(阴虚血热型)的疗效。方法:选取黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院妇科病房收治患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组予地屈孕酮(口服,起始剂量40 mg,后每8小时服用10 mg),观察组在对照组基础上加加减黄连阿胶汤(组成为:黄连5 g、黄芩20 g、芍药20 g、阿胶20 g、续断15 g、杜仲15 g、黄芪30 g、熟地15 g、知母15 g、生地15 g、桑寄生20 g,一日一付,早晚分服,连服14日。)联合穴位敷贴(药物组成:杜仲15 g、补骨脂15 g、桑寄生15 g、续断15 g、阿胶15 g、黄芪30 g、太子参20 g、当归10 g),选穴为双肾俞、神阙、双天枢、双血海、双三阴交,一日一次,一次敷贴6小时后取下,连敷14日。将所有数据输入SPSS26.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:两组临床疗效评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P Objective: To investigate the efficacy of oral addition and subtraction of Coptis Ejiao decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of threatened abortion with yin deficiency and blood fever. Methods: A total of 60 patients were admitted to the first ward of the Department of Gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each, the control group was given dydrogesterone (oral, the initial dose is 40 mg, and then 10 mg every 8 hours), and the observation group was added or subtracted on the basis of the control group (composition: Coptis chinensis 5 g, Scutellaria baicalensis 20 g, Peony 20 g, Ejiao 20 g, Continuum 15 g, Eucommia ulmoides 15 g, Astragalus membranaceus 30 g, Rehmania 15 g, Zhimu 15 g, Shengdi 15 g, Mulberry parasitism 20 g, one payment a day, morning and evening, for 14 days.
