摘　　要：S100A12是S100蛋白家族中一员,是一种炎性反应的蛋白。在免疫与炎症调节中发挥着重要作用,随着近年的研究发现,S100A12在临床疾病中具有较高的临床诊断价值。本文主要综述了S100A12结构、功能以及在炎症性肠病、脓毒症、系统性红斑狼疮等临床疾病中的研究进展。S100A12, a member of the S100 protein family, is an inflammatory protein. It plays an important role in the regulation of immunity and inflammation. Recent studies have found that S100A12 has a high clinical diagnostic value in clinical diseases. This article reviews the structure and function of S100A12 and its research progress in inflammatory bowel disease, sepsis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other clinical diseases.
