摘　　要：“心水”首见于《伤寒杂病论》,与西医的心力衰竭极为相似,虽然西医对心力衰竭症状的控制已较为成熟,但临床上仍有许多难治型心力衰竭并未解决,即使长期服药也极易复发,给患者的生理心理带来极大困扰,张仲景被誉为“医圣”,所创《伤寒杂病论》对“心水”的辨证诊疗有较明确的阐释,本文从中医、西医对本病的认识、《伤寒杂病论》中“心水”的症状及体征脉象、病因病机和取方用药等方面展开研讨,希望可以找到“心水”病治疗的有效指导,早日缓解心力衰竭患者的痛苦。“Heart water” first appeared in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, it is very similar to heart failure in Western medicine, Although the control of heart failure symptoms in Western medicine has been relatively mature, there are still many refractory heart failure that have not been solved in clinical practice, and even if they are taken for a long time, they are easy to recur, which brings great physical and psychological distress to patients. Zhang Zhongjing is known as the “medical saint”, and his Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases has a clear explanation of the syndrome differentiation and diagnosis of “Heart water”. This article discusses the understanding of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the symptoms, signs and pulses of “Heart water” in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, the etiology and pathogenesis, and the prescription and medication, it is hoped that effective guidance for the treatment of “heart water” disease can be found to alleviate the pain of patients with heart failure as soon as possible.
