摘 要:查尔酮及其衍生化合物广泛来源于甘草、骨碎补、红花、明日叶和三叶漆等天然植物的提取物。现代药理学研究表明查尔酮及其衍生化合物具有广泛的药理活性,包括抗炎、减弱细胞的凋亡、延缓软骨的侵蚀、抑制破骨细胞和促炎因子的表达、降低关节炎的疼痛水肿等。在骨关节炎、痛风性关节炎、二氧化钛引起的关节炎、类风湿性关节炎等常见疾病中通过NF-κB、RANKL-RANK-TRAF6、PI3K/AKT、JAK/STAT等不同的信号通路观察到其治疗效果。通过分析归纳有关查尔酮及其衍生化合物的大量文献,对其在关节炎疾病中药理作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,期望为其进一步应用于关节炎疾病的研究提供理论依据,为今后合理应用提供参考。Chalcone and its derivative compounds are widely derived from extracts of natural plants such as licorice, bone marrow, safflower, bright leaf and trichocarpus lacryma. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that chalcone and its derivative compounds have a wide range of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, attenuating apoptosis, delaying cartilage erosion, inhibiting the expression of osteoclasts and pro-inflammatory factors, and decreasing the pain and edema of arthritis. Its therapeutic effects have been observed in common diseases such as osteoarthritis, gouty arthritis, titanium dioxide-induced arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis through different signaling pathways such as NF-κB, RANKL-RANK-TRAF6, PI3K/AKT, and JAK/STAT. By analyzing and summarizing a large amount of literature on chalcone and its derivative compounds, we reviewed the research progress of their pharmacological effects and their mechanisms in arthritis diseases, with the expectation of providing theoretical basis for their further application in arthritis diseases, and providing references for their rational application in the future.
