基于《傅青主女科》调经助孕思想探析益经汤治疗DOR的作用原理

摘　　要：卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)是现代女性常见疾病之一,因其发病率逐年上升,且“三胎”政策的开放促使部分女性更加重视生育能力,故而对该病的诊治更加重视。西医对该病常采取激素序贯疗法,治疗期有效,但停药后易复发且副作用较多;而中医从整体观念、辨证论治出发,中药随证加减,副作用小、安全性相对较高、疗效显著,值得应用和推广。现代研究发现《傅青主女科》中“益经汤”对卵巢储备功能下降所致的月经不调、不孕症的治疗卓有成效,故本文主要探讨卵巢储备功能下降的病因病机、益经汤对DOR的作用原理,并附一案例加以佐证。Decreased ovarian reserve function (DOR) is one of the common diseases in modern women. Due to its incidence rate has increased year by year, and the opening of the “three child” policy has prompted some women to pay more attention to fertility, Therefore, the diagnosis and treatment of this disease are increasingly attracting people’s attention. Western medicine often adopts hormone sequential therapy for this disease, which is effective during the treatment period, but is prone to recurrence and more side effects after discontinuation of medication. Traditional Chinese Medicine starts from a holistic concept and differentiation of syndromes for treatment. Addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation, with minimal side effects, relatively high safety, and significant therapeutic effects. It is worthy of application and promotion. Modern research has found that the “Yijing Decoction” in “Fu Qingzhu’s Medical Department for Women” is effective in treating menstrual disorders and infertility caused by decreased ovarian reserve function. Therefore, this article mainly explores the etiology and pathogenesis of decreased ovarian reserve function, as well as the principle of action of Yijing Decoction on DOR, and attaches a case to support it.
