摘　　要：温胆汤最早见于《千金要方·胆腑》,为唐代著名药学家孙思邈的妙方,具有理气化痰、和胃利胆、清热除烦之功效。主治痰热内扰证。在儿科疾病的治疗运用中十分广泛,咳嗽、抽动、肥胖、性早熟、夜啼等诸多儿科疾病均可使用温胆汤进行治疗,且多能收到较好疗效。Wendan Decoction was first mentioned in the “Qian Jin Yao Fang-Dan Fu”. It is a wonderful prescription by the famous Tang Dynasty pharmacist Sun Simiao, which has the effects of regulating qi, resolving phlegm, harmonizing the stomach and promoting bile flow, clearing heat and eliminating annoyance, and indicating phlegm heat internal disturbance syndrome. It is widely used in the treatment of pediatric diseases, and many pediatric diseases such as cough, twitching, obesity, precocious puberty, and night crying can be treated with Wendan Decoction, and most of them can receive good curative effect.
