摘　　要：目的:观察理血解毒方联合火针治疗血瘀型银屑病的临床疗效,并探讨对免疫功能的作用。方法:选取符合标准的108例患者依据随机数字表法分为三组。火针对照组仅采用火针治疗;汤剂对照组仅口服理血解毒方;实验组则同时进行汤剂和火针治疗。使用生活质量DLQI、中医症候、PASI评分标准分别对治疗初始、治疗第3周和治疗第6周的患者情况进行评分,并检测治疗前后患者空腹静脉中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+数值。结果:治疗后实验组PASI评分、生活质量指数以及CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显高于单一疗法对照组;而实验组的CD8+则显著低于单一治疗组(P Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Lixue Jiedu Recipe combined with fire-needle Therapy in the treatment of blood stasis-type psoriasis (blood stasis syndrome), as well as the effect on immune function. Methods: The 108 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into three groups. In the fire-needle control group, only fire-needle was used;in the soup control group, only the formula for Lixue Jiedu Recipe was taken orally;and in the experimental group, both soup and fire-needle were administered. The patients’ conditions were scored using the PASI scale, the DLQI for quality of life, and the TCM syndromes scale at the beginning of the treatment, the 3rd week of the treatment, and the 6th week of the treatment, respectively, and the values of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+in the patients’ fasting veins were detected before and after the treatment. Results: The PASI score, quality of life index and CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the monotherapy group after treatment, while the CD8+of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the monotherapy group (P CD8+was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the monotherapy group.
