苓桂术甘汤合方治疗疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：苓桂术甘汤作为《伤寒论》的经典方剂,不仅对于中阳不足之水饮内停相关疾病拥有着显著的疗效,对于其他疾病也同样拥有很好的效果,而且经常与其他方剂合方来治疗不同类型疾病,例如心血管系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病等,现代药理学研究也证实了这一观点。文章总结近5年国内外苓桂术甘汤合方的相关研究,对于苓桂术甘汤合方治疗不同类型疾病的进展进行综述,以期为临床研究工作者提供进一步研究思路。Linggui Zhugan Decoction, as a classic prescription of “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”, not only has a significant effect on diseases related to water retention due to deficiency of middle yang, but also has a good effect on other diseases. It is often combined with other prescriptions to treat different types of diseases, such as cardiovascular system diseases, urinary system diseases, etc. Modern pharmacological research also confirms this view. This article aims to summarize the related research of Linggui Zhugan Decoction at home and abroad in the past five years, and to review the progress of Linggui Zhugan Decoction and combined with other prescriptions in the treatment of different types of diseases, in order to provide further research ideas for clinical researchers.
