摘　　要：目的:介绍新冠后分泌性中耳炎的治疗经验;方法:分析运用托里消毒散治疗新冠后分泌性中耳炎的理论基础、病因病机及遣方用药的治疗体会;总结:新冠后所致的分泌性中耳炎中医上认为多与疫毒夹湿致病有关,当以“通窍化湿解毒”为原则来治疗,运用托里消毒散加减治疗具有不错的临床疗效;结论:黄春江教授灵活将托里消毒散运用于新冠后分泌性中耳炎的治疗,其临床经验值得借鉴。Objective: To introduce the treatment of otitis media after COVID-19;Method: The theoretical basis, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment experience of using Tuoli Xiaodu San to treat otitis media after the new crown;Summary: In traditional Chinese Medicine, otitis media caused by the new crown is mostly related to the disease caused by epidemic poison and dampness. It should be treated based on the principle of “clearing the orifices, removing dampness and detoxifying”. The use of Tuoli Disinfection Powder plus and minus treatment has a good clinical effect;Conclusion: Professor Huang Chunjiang flexibly used Toli Disinfection Powder in the treatment of otitis media after the new crown, and its clinical practice is worth learning.
