摘　　要：《针灸聚英》为明代医家高武编纂,共4卷,其中卷三是高武汇编了当时流行的各类刺法及疾病选穴。高氏针刺治疗心痛选穴包含五输穴、八脉交会穴、络穴等。本文从心痛的临床表现、病因病机、治则治法及针刺选穴等方面探讨心痛,结合现代医家对心痛的认识,并附验案1则,以期为临床治疗心痛提供参考。“Zhenjiu Juying” is a compilation by the Ming Dynasty physician Gao Wu, consisting of four volumes. Volume three includes Gao Wu’s compilation of various acupuncture techniques and selected acupoints for diseases that were prevalent at the time. Gao’s acupoint selection for treating heartache includes the Five Shu Points, Eight Confluence Points, and Luo Points. This article discusses heartache from the aspects of clinical manifestations, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and methods, and acupuncture point selection, incorporating modern physicians’ understanding of heartache and providing a case study to offer a reference for the clinical treatment of heartache.
