摘　　要：绝经前后全身皮肤发黄发黑在中医学中极为罕见,属“绝经前后诸证”范畴,中医药治疗具有标本同治的优势,文章总结了导师彭强丽主任医师治疗该病的临证经验,彭师认为该病多以绝经前后肾气衰退,肾水未能滋养肝木,肝失条达,气机郁滞化火,而致使脾胃失于健运为主要病因病机,临证需补肾、疏肝、健脾三脏同调,故治以丹栀逍遥散加减,并配以心理疏导,取得显著疗效。The yellow and black skin of the whole body before and after menopause is extremely rare in traditional Chinese medicine, which belongs to the category of “symptoms before and after menopause”. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of the same treatment of specimens. The article summarized the clinical experience of the chief physician of the mentor Peng Qiangli in the treatment of this disease, Peng said that the disease is mostly caused by the kidney qi decline before and after menopause, the kidney “water” fails to nourish the liver “wood”, the liver function impairs, and the qi stagnation becomes “fire”. The spleen and stomach loss in health transport as the main cause of disease, clinical need to tonifying the kidney, soothing the liver, spleen three viscera homology, so the treatment to Danzhi Xiaoyao powder plus or less, and with psychological guidance, achieved significant effect.
