摘　　要：慢性非特异性腰痛(chronic non-specific low back pain, CNSLBP)是一种在临床上较为棘手的疾病,它极大地影响了患者的日常生活质量。中医理论中的“骨错缝,筋出槽”概念为CNLBP的治疗提供了独特的视角。独活寄生汤作为中医经典方剂,在治疗CNLBP方面显示出潜在的疗效。本文综述了“骨错缝,筋出槽”理论的现代理解,独活寄生汤的药理作用,以及其在CNLBP治疗中的应用和效果。Chronic non-specific low back pain (CNSLBP) is a challenging clinical condition that significantly affects the daily quality of life of patients. The concept of “bone misalignment and sinew displacement” in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) provides a unique perspective for the treatment of CNSLBP. Duhuo Jisheng Decoction, as a classic TCM formula, has shown potential efficacy in treating CNSLBP. This article reviews the modern interpretation of the “bone misalignment and sinew displacement” theory, the pharmacological effects of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction, and its application and efficacy in the treatment of CNSLBP.
