摘 要:本文通过一步法制备了4-溴丁酸乙酯,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对其物质结构进行表征,并研究溴酯比、加入乙醇的量、反应温度、反应时间对制备4-溴丁酸乙酯的影响。研究结果表明随着溴酯比、加入乙醇的量的增加,制备的4-溴丁酸乙酯纯度和收率先增加后减少;反应温度对4-溴丁酸乙酯纯度影响较小,但是对其收率影响明显;反应时间跟反应温度相互对应。该方法操作简单,在降低成本的同时提高了产品的纯度和收率,符合工业化生产的要求。In this paper, Ethyl 4-bromobutyrate was prepared by a one-step method. The structure of the substance was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The author studied the effects of bromoester ratio, the amount of ethanol added, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the preparation Ethyl 4-bromobutyrate. The research results show that with the increase of the bromoester ratio and the amount of ethanol added, the purity and yield of Ethyl 4-bromobutyrate first increase and then decrease;the reaction temperature has little effect on the purity of Ethyl 4-bromobutyrate, but the yield has an obvious influence;the reaction time is determined by the reaction temperature. The method is simple to operate, improves the purity and yield of the product while reducing the cost, and meets the requirements of industrialized production.
