摘  要:目的:利用近红外光谱技术实现银杏酮酯喷干粉萜类内酯含量检测并放行的方法。方法:通过PCA降维分析计算霍特林T2值控制线,并将计算合格的光谱数据利用PLS算法,建立萜类内酯含量快速检测模型。结果:通过降维后得分值计算的T2值为8.6857,并判定采集的样品无异常,用作后续建模使用。将光谱与萜类内酯含量相对应,建立PLS模型并对准确性、可靠性进行考察通过。结论:建立完成从光谱采集筛选到建模完成,成功建立银杏酮脂喷干粉的萜类内酯模型。Objective: To establish a method for the determination and release of terpenoid lactones in ginkgo ester powder by near infrared spectroscopy. Methods: PCA was used to calculate the control line of Hotelling T2 value, and the qualified spectral data were used to establish a rapid detection model of terpenoid lactone content by using PLS algorithm. Results: The T2 value calculated by the score value of dimension reduction was 8.6857, and the collected samples were judged to be normal, which was used for subsequent modeling. The PLS model was established by comparing the spectra with the content of terpenoid lactone, and the accuracy and reliability were tested. Conclusion: The terpenoid lactone model of ginkgo lipid spray powder was successfully established from spectrum collection and screening to modeling.
