摘 要:目的:本研究旨在开发一种绿色环保且高效提取麦冬总皂苷的技术,以改善传统提取麦冬总皂苷过程中存在的效率低和环境不友好等问题。方法:首先进行单因素实验,考察不同提取条件对提取效果的影响。选取关键因素进行正交实验设计,以确定最佳的提取条件。结果:通过正交实验分析得出了麦冬总皂苷提取的最佳工艺参数为:料液比1:50 mL,提取温度60℃,含水量40%,提取时间30 min。该条件下,所得麦冬总皂苷提取率最高为3.92%。结论:利用低共熔溶剂提取和正交实验优化能够高效环保地提取麦冬总皂苷。该工艺不仅提升了提取效率,且有助于减少环境污染,具有重要实际应用价值。Objective: This study aimed to develop a green and efficient extraction technology of total saponins from Ophiopogon japonicus, in order to improve the problems of low efficiency and environment friendliness in the traditional extraction process of total saponins from Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods: Single factor experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of different extraction conditions on the extraction effect. The key factors were selected for orthogonal experimental design to determine the optimal extraction conditions. Results: The optimum extraction parameters of total saponins from Ophiopogon japonicus were obtained by orthogonal experiment analysis as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1:50 ml, extraction temperature 60˚C, water content 40%, extraction time 30 min. Under these conditions, the highest extraction rate of total saponins from Ophiopogon japonicus was 3.92%. Conclusion: The use of low eutectic solvent extraction and the optimization of orthogonal experiments can extract the total saponins of Ophiopogon japonicus in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner. This process not only improves the extraction efficiency, but also helps to reduce the environmental pollution, which has important practical application value.
