摘 要:噪声问题作为现代城市环境污染的主要成分之一,合理地治理噪声问题对人类的生活质量以及身心健康具有重要的意义。本文从电网变电工程现场的实际需求出发,从噪声的实时监测,可视化展示、噪声数据的传输与存储等方面,结合1/3倍频程A声级噪声加权分析算法设计了电网变电工程现场噪声智能监测系统。试验结果表明,该系统可以精确地监测到电网变电工程现场的噪声信号。同时本文从增强建设单位的防噪意识、加强噪声检测、加强噪声作业时间的控制、完善噪声机械的降噪措施等方面提出了电网变电工程施工期间的噪声控制方法,形成了完整的施工场地噪声控制策略。Noise problem is one of the maincomponents of modern urban environmental pollution. Reasonable treatment ofnoise problem is of great significance to human quality of life and physicaland mental health. Starting from the actual needs of the power grid substationproject site, this paper designs an intelligent noise monitoring system for thepower grid substation project site from the aspects of real-time noisemonitoring, visual display, noise data transmission and storage, combined withthe 1/3 octave frequency a sound level noise weighted analysis algorithm. Thetest results show that the system can accurately monitor the noise signal inthe power grid substation project site. At the same time, this paper putsforward the noise control methods during the construction period of power gridsubstation project from the aspects of enhancing the noise prevention awarenessof the construction unit, strengthening the noise detection, strengthening thecontrol of noise operation time and improving the noise reduction measures ofnoise machinery, forming a complete noise control strategy for the constructionsite.
