摘  要:针对称重物品形状不规则、质量不均匀造成的称重精度下降及效率低问题,设计开发一款基于STM32单片机的嵌入式组合秤控制系统。硬件方面分别对系统的电源模块、主控模块、A/D数据采集模块、步进电机驱动模块进行了电路的规范化设计。同时运用经典TRIZ理论体系的知识,对组合秤工作中的实际问题进行理论分析和归纳,进而设计组合算法解决。最后经现场测试,记录实验数据佐证,证明组合秤控制系统可以有效解决组合秤在实际案例应用中遇到的问题。Aiming at the problems of fallingweighing accuracy and low efficiency caused by irregular shape and uneven mass of weighing objects, an embeddedcombined scale control system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer is designed and developed. In terms of hardware,the standardized circuit design is carried out for the power module, maincontrol module, A/D data acquisition module and stepping motor drive module ofthe system. At the same time, using the knowledge of classical TRIZ theorysystem, this paper theoretically analyzes and summarizes the practical problemsin the work of combined scale, and thendesigns a combined algorithm to solve them. Finally, through the fieldtest and recording the experimental data, it is proved that the combined scalecontrol system can effectively solve theproblems encountered in the practical application of the combined scale.
