摘  要:本文利用化学还原法和紫外法两种方法制备了柔性纳米银–细菌纳米纤维素膜,通过对罗丹明6G (R6G)的检测,比较其表面增强拉曼光谱性能。实验结果表明化学还原法比紫外法的效果好,利用化学还原法制备的纳米银–细菌纳米纤维素膜具有较强的SERS效应。柔性SERS基底在有毒染料检测方面具有巨大的潜力。In this study, flexible nanosilver-bacterial nanocellulose membranes were prepared by both chemical reduction and UV methods, and their surface-enhanced Raman spectro-scopic properties were compared by the detection of rhodamine 6G (R6G). The experimental results showed that the chemical reduction method was more effective than the UV method, and the na-nosilver-bacterial nanocellulose membranes prepared using the chemical reduction method had a strong SERS effect. Flexible SERS substrates have great potential for toxic dye detection.
