摘 要:基于像元输出信号强度与目标温度的积分关系,定义并构建了温度分辨率在不同内部调制参数下的评估模型。结合标定实验进行数值模拟,讨论了增益和gamma调制参数对CCD系统温度分辨率的影响。并开展调制参数对温度分辨率影响的理论验证性实验,得到了在不同增益和gamma调制参数影响下的304不锈钢和黄铜的温度分辨率情况。通过实验与模拟结果的对比分析,总结了两种内部调制参数对温度分辨率的影响效果。完善了CCD温度测量理论体系,同时也为CCD测温系统在不同条件下的参数选择提供了理论指导。Based on the integral relationship between pixel output signal strength and target temperature, the evaluation model of temperature resolution under different internal modulation parameters is defined and constructed. The effects of gain and gamma modulation parameters on the temperature resolution of the CCD system are discussed in conjunction with calibration experiments and numerical simulations. The theoretical validation experiments on the effect of modulation parameters on temperature resolution are also carried out to obtain the temperature resolution of 304 stainless steel and brass under the influence of different gain and gamma modulation parameters. The effect of the two internal modulation parameters on the temperature resolution is summarized by a comparative analysis of experimental and simulation results. It not only improves the theoretical system of CCD temperature measurement, but also provides theoretical guidance for the parameter selection of CCD temperature measurement system under different conditions.
