肠梗阻并发烟酸缺乏症1例

摘　　要：烟酸缺乏综合征比较少见,肠梗阻合并烟酸缺乏综合征更少见。结果:我们报告一例少见的伴有烟酸缺乏综合征的肠梗阻病例。该病例表现为原发性肠梗阻,增加了诊断的难度。结论:应考虑烟酸缺乏综合症,以考虑是否可能引发原发性肠梗阻,选择合适的治疗方案,早期干预和治疗,使合并烟酸缺乏综合征的肠梗阻患者获得长期生存。Niacin deficiency syndrome is rare, and intestinal obstruction combined with niacin deficiency syndrome is even rarer. Results: We are presenting a rare case of Intestinal obstruction with niacin deficiency syndrome. This case presented as primary intestinal obstruction adding to the diagnostic dilemma. Conclusion: Niacin deficiency syndrome should be considered for the possibility of cancer with primary intestinal obstruction, select appropriate treatment plan, early intervention and treatment, so that patients with intestinal obstruction complicated with niacin deficiency syndrome can achieve long-term survival.
