补肾祛毒丸对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾祛毒丸对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态相关因子超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein, hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (tumor necrosis factor alpha, TNF-α)白细胞介素-10 (interleukin-10, IL-10)的影响,客观评价其有效性,方法:将48例中医辨证为脾肾气虚的维持性血液透析患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。对照组采用血液透析和常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用补肾祛毒丸(院内制剂,闽药制字Z05104024)口服治疗,每次5 g,每天3次。两组患者均在治疗前及治疗3个月后检测指标。结果:治疗后治疗组的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平与对照组比较,治疗组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后IL-10升高,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。结论:补肾祛毒丸可影响维持性血液透析患者微炎症因子水平,改善患者的微炎症状态。Objective: To observe the effects of BuShen QuDu Pill on hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) related factors of microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to objectively evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: 48 patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 24 cases in each group. The control group received hemodialysis and routine treatment. On the basis of control group, the treatment group was addi-tively treated with Bushen Qudu Pilll (hospital preparation, Minyao system word Z05104024) for oral treatment, 5 g each time, 3 times a day. The indexes of patients in both groups were detected before and 3 months after treatment. Results: After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, IL-10 increased in the treatment group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Qudu Pilll can affect the level of microinflammatory factors and improve the microinflammatory state in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
