摘　　要：完全置入式静脉港(Totally Implantable Venous Access Devices)是由一个在皮下组织中放置的储槽及与之连接的导管组成,而导管的末端位于中心静脉。静脉港是目前较为安全的一种方式,但仍存在一定的并发症。在这其中静脉港的设计及使用材料的不同对并发症的发生率有一定的影响。本文将从设计、材料、放置静脉港、留置静脉港方面分析相关并发症及预防方法。The Totally Implantable Venous Access Devices is composed of a reservoir placed in the subcuta-neous tissue and a catheter connected to it, and the end of the catheter is located in the central vein. Venous port is currently a relatively safe method, but there are still certain complications. Among them, the design of the venous port and the different materials used have a certain impact on the incidence of complications. This article will analyze the related complications and preventive methods from the aspects of design, materials, placement of venous port, and indwelling venous port.
