2014~2023年血液透析治疗肾病的知识图谱研究——基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的计量分析

摘  要:目的:探讨近十年血液透析治疗肾病的研究现状,了解其研究脉络,揭示其研究热点,预测其研究前景。方法:研究以中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)作为数据源,收集自2014至2023年7月28日该领域相关文献,并应用CiteSpace (6.1.R1)和VOSviewer (1.6.18)两款软件进行可视化分析并绘制图谱。结果:共纳入文献987篇,发文量集中在2019年。核心作者31位,发文量最多的作者是刘玲玲,共计参与发表文献5篇,机构以上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院肾脏科产出最多。关键词共现图谱排名居前5位的高频关键词为终末期肾病、血液透析、维持性血液透析、慢性肾病、危险因素。结论:近10年来肾病血液透析的研究呈波动态势相对平稳,形成了5个较为稳定的核心作者群;研究热点主要聚焦于治疗方案,包括动静脉内瘘、维持性血液透析、支架置入术;最新研究动态为肾病血液透析治疗的重要血管通路–动静脉内瘘。Objective: To explore the current research status of hemodialysis treatment of nephropathy in the past ten years, understand its research context, reveal its research hotspots, and predict its research prospects. Methods: CNKI and VIP were used as data sources to collect relevant literature in this field from 2014 to July 28, 2023, and CiteSpace (6.1.R1) and VOSviewer (1.6.18) were used for visualization analysis and mapping. Results: A total of 987 papers were included, and the number of papers was concentrated in 2019. There were 31 core authors, and the author with the largest number of publications was Liu Lingling, who participated in the publication of 5 literatures in total, and the nephrology Department of Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine produced the most. The top 5 high-frequency keywords in the keyword co-occurrence map were end-stage renal disease, hemodialysis, maintenance hemodialysis, chronic renal disease, and risk factors.
