华支睾吸虫感染1例及文献复习

摘　　要：华支睾吸虫病是由寄生在人或动物胆道系统内的华支睾吸虫引起的一种寄生虫病,因生食、半生食鱼虾而感染。多发生在两广地区,东南沿海少见。由于非寄生虫流行区对寄生虫感染认识不足,易漏诊,延误治疗。本文报告一例给予经验性抗感染治疗效果欠佳的华支睾吸虫感染的病例,后经粪便检查见肝吸虫卵,证实华支睾吸虫感染,经吡喹酮治疗后病情好转。文章结合其病例资料及相关文献,探讨华支睾吸虫感染的特点,以期加快对该疾病的诊断和治疗。Clonorchiasis is a parasitic disease caused by Clonorchis sinensis, which parasitizes the biliary system of humans or animals. It is caused by eating raw or half-cooked fish or shrimp. It often occurs in Guangdong and Guangxi, and is rare in the southeastern coastal areas. Due to the lack of awareness of parasitic infections in non-parasite-endemic areas, it is easy to miss the diagnosis and delay treatment. This article reports a case of Clonorchis sinensis infection with poor response to empirical anti-infection treatment. Later, liver fluke eggs were found in stool examination, confirming Clonorchis sinensis infection. The condition improved after treatment with praziquantel. This article combines the case data and relevant literature to explore the characteristics of Clonorchis sinensis infection, in order to accelerate the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
