摘 要:超声成像测井技术作为当今世界最主要的测井技术之一,它能够以图像的形式直观可靠的展示地层和井壁状况信息,有效的提高了油井的勘探和开发效率。本文提出了一种基于FPGA的随钻超声井壁数据采集系统的设计方案,采集的数据可用于在上位机上实现井壁成像。系统在随钻测井的工况下能实现声波信号的发射,首波到时、幅值提取以及数据的存储与读取。实验测试结果表明,该系统能收到清晰的反射回波,准确采集到首波到时、幅值。Ultrasonic imaging logging technology, as one of the most important logging technologies in today’s world, is able to visually and reliably display formation and well wall condition information in the form of images, which effectively improves the exploration and development efficiency of oil wells. In this paper, we propose a design scheme for an FPGA-based ultrasonic well wall data acquisition system with drilling, and the acquired data can be used to realize well wall imaging on the host computer. The system can realize the emission of acoustic signals, first wave arrival, amplitude extraction, and data storage and reading under the working conditions of drilling logging. Experimental test results show that the system can receive clear reflection echo and accurately collect the first wave arrival time and amplitude.
