摘 要:目前,我国煤矿安全事故频繁发生,这些事故信息是一种宝贵的资源,而煤矿安全事故案例往往以文本的形式存储,存在检索不便、利用效率低、更新维护困难等诸多问题,从而严重影响煤矿安全事故信息资源的高效利用。通过对煤矿安全事故调查报告进行收集,在事故致因“2-4”模型基础上,构建煤矿事故致因模型,设计出合理的数据结构,并将其储存在MySQL数据库中。基于B/S模式,采用Flask框架,使用Python、HTML等语言技术,提出了煤矿安全事故信息管理系统的设计,实现对煤矿事故调查报告中事故信息的查询、统计、打印等功能,为煤矿相关人士提供全面、规范、精准的煤矿事故信息,为煤矿安全事故的预防和救援提供决策依据。At present, coal mine safety accidents occur frequently in China. These accidents information are a valuable resource, and coal mine safety accident cases are often stored in the form of text. There are many problems such as inconvenient retrieval, low utilization efficiency, and difficulty in updating and maintaining, which seriously affect the efficient use of coal mine safety accident information resources. Through the collection of coal mine safety accident investigation reports, based on the accident cause “2-4” model, a coal mine accident cause model is constructed, a reasonable data structure is designed, and it is stored in the MySQL database. Based on B/S mode, using Flask framework, Python, HTML and other language technologies, this paper puts forward the design of coal mine safety accident information management system, realizes the functions of query, statistics and printing of accident information in coal mine accident investigation report, provides comprehensive, standardized and accurate coal mine accident information for coal mine related people, and provides decision-making basis for the prevention and rescue of coal mine safety accidents.
