摘 要:在“双碳”目标和全球能源转型的背景下,煤炭行业作为我国能源供应的重要支柱,面临着向高质量、可持续发展的转型挑战。本文围绕煤炭行业新质生产力的建设,从政策导向、科技创新、绿色低碳转型、智能化建设及产业链延伸五个方面进行系统探讨。研究指出,煤炭行业应通过完善政策体系、强化技术研发、推进绿色低碳技术应用、建设智能化生产体系以及延伸产业链条,全面推动行业创新驱动和绿色转型,突破资源利用与环境保护的双重瓶颈,为煤炭行业实现高质量发展提供技术支撑与实践路径。Against the backdrop of the “dual carbon” goals and global energy transition, the coal industry, as an important pillar of China’s energy supply, faces the challenge of transitioning towards high-quality and sustainable development. This article systematically explores the construction of new quality productivity in the coal industry from five aspects: policy orientation, technological innovation, green and low-carbon transformation, intelligent construction, and industrial chain extension. Research suggests that the coal industry should comprehensively promote innovation drive and green transformation by improving the policy system, strengthening technology research and development, promoting the application of green and low-carbon technologies, building an intelligent production system, and extending the industrial chain, breaking through the dual bottlenecks of resource utilization and environmental protection, and providing technical support and practical paths for the coal industry to achieve high-quality development.
