摘　　要：帘线钢具有弹性好、强度高、抗冲击等优异的力学性能,是超洁净钢的代表性产品,具有极高的技术工艺难度。本文简要介绍了钢帘线的拉丝过程、盘条的处理、钢帘线的铅浴淬火,水浴淬火和电镀工艺的最新研究进展。重点介绍了铅浴淬火和镀铜的工艺参数。Cord steel has excellent mechanical properties such as good elasticity, high strength, and impact resistance. It is a representative product of ultra-clean steel and has extremely high technical dif-ficulties. This article briefly introduces the latest research progress of steel cord drawing process, wire rod processing, lead bath quenching of steel cord, water bath quenching and plating process. The process parameters of lead bath quenching and copper plating were introduced.
