摘 要:钒作为“现代工业的维生素”,应用领域广泛,钛白废液是生产钛白粉过程排放的酸性废水,其中含有钒、钪等稀有金属。因此本文以钛白废液为原料,P507为主萃剂,研究了氯化钠用量、pH值、震荡速率、震荡时间、P507与磺化煤油配比对钒萃取率的影响。结果表明:在pH值为1.7,氯化钠用量为100 g/L,震荡速率为220 rad/min,震荡时间为3 min,P507与磺化煤油配比为1:4,O/A为1:1的条件下,钒的单级萃取率为47%,经三级萃取后,钒萃取率大于99%。Vanadium is widely used in many fields as a modern industrial vitamin. The waste water of titanium dioxide is acidic waste water formed during the production of titanium dioxide, which contains rare metals such as vanadium and scandium. Therefore, the waste water of titanium dioxide was used as raw material in this paper, in which P507 was the main extraction agent. The effects of NaCl dosage, pH value, oscillation rate, oscillation time, P507 and sulfonated kerosene ratio on vanadium extraction rate were investigated. The results show that the single-stage extraction rate of vanadium was 47.20% under the conditions of pH value of 1.7, NaCl concentration of 100 g/L, shock rate of 220 rad/min, shocking time of 3 min, P507 to sulfonated kerosene ratio of 1:4 and O/A of 1:1. Finally, the extraction rate of vanadium was more than 99% by three-stage solvent extraction.
