摘　　要：为提高钢包炉产量,降低行车超重的安全隐患,本文介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁炼钢厂350吨钢包减重措施,将钢包平均重量控制在140吨以下。To increase the effective capacity of ladle and reduce the security risks of crane overweight, the paper introduces the measures of losing weight for 350 tons of ladle of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The average weight of ladle has been controlled under 140 tons.
