摘　　要：引流砂引流是钢包滑动水口最常用的引流方式。浙江某钢厂通过调整引流砂成分和安息角,钢包自开率从86%提高到95%,为生产顺行、提高铸锭质量提供了必要的条件。Drainage sand was usually used for automatically opening of ladle nozzle. A steel plant in Zhejiang Province has increased the rate of automatically opening from 83% to 95% by adjusting the composition of the drainage sand and adding the rest angle, providing necessary conditions for smooth production and improving ingot quality.
